It’s Over! Tom Brady’s Tampa Bay Buccaneers Bests Kansas City Chief 31-9 For Brady’s 7th Ring
Behind every Greatest of All Time Player and Hall of Famer is a story so impressive that it puts you in disbelief, and Tom’s Brady story isn’t finished yet…
In 43-year-old Tom Brady’s year 21 career after playing for the New England Patriots for the last two decades, Tom has done it again — winning the 2021 Superbowl with another ring in his collection. This is his first year with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers after his departure from the patriots, and he’s kicking it off with a statement.
And despite facing Kansas City and their dynamic young quarterback Patrick Mahomes, who came in as favourites, Brady threw three touchdown passes to prevent the Chiefs becoming the first back-to-back NFL champions since Brady and the Patriots in the 2004 season. Brady took down Brees, Rogers, and Mahommes to get his 7th ring.
Already heralded as one of, if not – THE best to ever play the game, Tom Brady decided to leave New England in the off-season for a new challenge and went to play for Tampa.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers finished the regular season with a 11-5 record, taking second seed in the NFC South Division. On their playoff journey, they took Washington down in an exciting 5 – 4 series, then went on to challenge New Orleans and came out on top with 5-2.
The NFC Championship was quickly settled with Tampa quickly trumping with a 5 – 1 victory.
LeBron James, amongst many of the greatest players of various sports congratulated Tom Brady on his historical win.
