NBA Season

A day before the restart of 2019-2020 NBA Season, zero players test positive for COVID19

The unprecedented pandemic have plagued many sports league worldwide this year. However, it seems like under the informed management of Adam Silvers, the NBA commissioner, there may be hope again for the season.

The coined term “NBA Bubble” is the isolation zone with strict rules created by the National Basketball Association to protect its players. 22 teams were invited to Orlando, Florida to participate in eight games held by ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex. The bubble is a $170 million investment by the NBA to protect its season.

Sources: Zero NBA players have tested positive for coronavirus out of 344 tested at Orlando campus since last results were announced July 20.

Consecutive testing rounds where no new player has tested positive.
